Erdenebaatar Namjildorj

Erdenebaatar Namjildorj, known as Erik, is a barber and barber community organiser from Ulaanbaatar. He founded Mini Barbershop Mongolia in 2001, and went on to establish the Mongolian Barbershop Club in 2016 and the Mongolian Barber Association in 2018.

For many years he has worked to bring Mongolian barbers together: encouraging knowledge sharing, organising barber competitions and community activities, and building connections with barbers around the world. He has also represented Mongolia at international barber events as a competitor, organiser and judge.

His goal is to help the next generation of Mongolian barbers grow together and to connect Mongolia’s barber community with the wider world.
