Jay Barberking (Mohd Jaffar Bin Salim Thamby) is a Master Barber, Educator, and Industry Leader from Johor, Malaysia, with over 15 years of experience.

His career began in Pahang before expanding through years of dedication and international exposure in Singapore and Malaysia. Jay is the founder of Unlisted Barber and Unlisted Academy, where he raises the standards of men’s grooming and trains the next generation of barbers.

He has served as a panelist for NOSS SKM Level 2 & 3 under JPK Malaysia, and has judged and organised major competitions including the International Indian Barber Battle (Malaysia Book of Records) and the Royale Barber Battle with AEON Malaysia global influence
