Mr. Namadev, founder of SPIN SALON, opened his first salon in 2011 and transformed a traditional trade into a professional, prestigious business. Through tireless effort, he expanded SPIN SALON to over 100 locations across South India, employing more than 3,000 people.

With only a 10th-standard education, he continued to acquire professional and technical skills in barbering, later launching Kshoura Kutira — a project supporting underprivileged barbers in Karnataka and Telangana. This initiative renovates dilapidated shops into modern salons, with 30 units established so far, bringing new hope to rural communities.

A certified yoga instructor since 2009, Namadev also traveled to the Netherlands to share Indian yoga practices with special-needs children.
