Ronan Keating (born 3 March 1977) is an Irish singer, songwriter, broadcaster, and television presenter. He rose to international fame as the lead singer of the hugely successful Irish pop group Boyzone before launching a solo career in 1999. His breakthrough solo single, When You Say Nothing at All, became a global hit and remains one of his signature recordings. Across a career spanning more than three decades, Keating has released numerous chart-topping albums and singles, selling millions of records worldwide both as a solo artist and with Boyzone. In addition to his music career, he has worked extensively as a television and radio presenter, including serving as a coach on The Voice Australia, and is a passionate advocate for cancer awareness and charitable causes through the Marie Keating Foundation, established in memory of his mother.
